A PH Booster Funded Scholarship
The Patrick Henry High School Athletic Booster Association Will award up to
Eight $500 SCHOLARSHIPS!! !
These scholarships are to recognize outstanding student-athletes who have achieved academic success and who have contributed to the PH athletic program. Limited consideration is given to other extra-curricular activities. In order to be considered for one of these scholarships, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
You must have a GPA of 3.0 or above and have your counselor’s signature for verification
You must have lettered once in Patrick Henry Athletics
You must have been in full compliance with the Patrick Henry Code of Conduct throughout high school athletic competition and understand that the Athletic Director will be verifying each application
You must have a coach’s recommendation attached to the application that is based on attitude, attendance at practices, and participation
You must complete the attached application, including senior picture, and return it to the Career Center no later than 3:30pm May 9, 2011.
